As a Senior Aurion Support Consultant, you will leverage your Technical Support experience to provide specialist support to existing clients and Support Consultants, in order to resolve complex software configuration issues. With customer satisfaction as your primary aim, your responsibilities will include: - Providing specialised technical support from a remote location either by telephone or email.
- Negotiating timeframes for solution implementation with clients and updating clients on progress during problem resolution.
- Resolving more complex technical issues that are escalated by Support Consultants and where applicable seek advice from Senior Technical Support staff.
- Determination and documentation of potential software defects for escalation to Development.
- Escalating process or project improvements to relevant parties within the organisation in order to enhance the current use of products or reduce incoming call volume.
- Continually learning, developing and maintaining knowledge and skill in supported products and in those products associated with support products, as required
You will have a strong knowledge of the Aurion system, solid experience in software fault resolution, outstanding communication and problem solving skills, and a genuine commitment to customer service.
