Our client is Global leading company. Due to rapidly growth, our client is now looking for Reward Specialist, APAC to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Manager and provide support for payrolls
- Handle staff benefits insurance renewal and related issues
- Monitor the annual tax reporting exercise as well as the tax clearance for departing employment visa holders
- Prepares information / data needed for compensation surveys
- Be responsible for salary benchmarking when needed
- Help on annual salary review & bonus payout exercises
- Monitor and participate the reward related policies & practices regularly in order to ensure alignment with the local legislations & regional/global direction
- Ensure the staff data in the HR Oracle System and any other database, as appropriate, up-to-date
- Monitor the employment visa application (new application/ renewal) by preparing all the documents required and logistics arrangements when needed
- Supports the HR team in some ad hoc projects when needed
- Demonstrate commitment to achieving team objectives by identifying and acting on ad-hoc and on-going opportunities for providing support to other team members
Requirements
- Degree holder and 3+ years experience
- Good knoowledge on HK labour legislations as well as other countries
- Ability to prioritise and meet tight timeline
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge on the visa application process
- Self motivation with good organisational skills
- Strong computer literacy skills
