Our client is a NASDAQ listed leading globally recognized fashion retail brand that due to recent & continued growth and success now requires a highly skilled and professional Store Project Lead to manage the companies Retail Stores IT Services to be based in Hong Kong with an Asia Pacific focus. The position will be responsible for leading IT retails stores projects and support initiatives in the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead store project by integrating strategic technology plans and build rapport with the PMO and management
• Responsible for project management, escalation, process management and business systems requirements definition
• Manage the store network infrastructure architecture and roll-out while monitoring the user satisfaction
• Coordinate project team staff for specification changes, testing and implementation, as well as looking after third party service providers and their service level agreement (KPI)
• Handle the Store IT budget including hardware, software and equipment while making sure they are incompliance with the overall IT policy and SOX

Qualifications

• University degree holder in Computer Science or relevant discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience 
  Sound knowledge and hands-on experience on retail store projects
• Proven experience on team leading with top notch communication and client servicing
• Must have previous experience and capable of handling multiple tasks independently at a high performance environment
• Regional IT operation and support experience with good command in English and Cantonese
• Technical SAP Retail and LS Retail experience would be ideally?
