We are now inviting applications for the post of Associate Support Analyst for our major client.

Responsibilities

• Review and acceptance of the Technical and Functional processes
• Monthly operations review of application readiness to assess impact on Master Migration Plan
• Prepare preliminary site survey per site
• Perform visit for all site survey
• Verify migration asset information accuracy
• Schedule and execute end user migration activity and manage end user communication plan

Requirements

• Proficient IT skills
• Two year experience in supporting Windows 7
• Neat and tidy outlook
• Good spoken skills including Cantonese and English, and written skills including Chinese and English
• Positive thinking, good working and learning attitude, work independently and acceptance of responsibilities, willingness to work overtime
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
