The Client:

Our client possesses one of the most recognised names in the world. With over 325 stores globally and growing, they had over 700 million customers walk through their doors in 2011 which is an impressive statistic in any ones book.

An Overview of the Role:

Reporting directly to the Store IT Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's infrastructure, Standard Operating Environment (SOE), ensuring uptime of the Navision ERP system and providing support to users on an as needed basis. In a nutshell this is providing PC Support, fielding and resolving cashier queries which may be incorrect prices scanning or gift cards not working etc.

What skills and experience do I need?

You will require previous working experience in designing network and server infrastructure, working knowledge of establishing and maintaining a server environment (Windows and VMware), and sound business acumen. You would also require a strong knowledge of SQL server administration, specifically Microsoft ERP Navision.

Special Note:

We are not expecting candidates to have Navision experience and our client is more than willing to up-skill you in this ERP package.

This store operates 7 days per week with one person working Tuesday - Saturday and the other Sunday to Thursday and shift times are 08:30 - 4:30pm and 11:00 to 7pm.
