Senior SAP Functional Support Analyst
My client a leading company based in Auckland is looking for a Senior SAP Functional Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis .Reporting to the team leader the purpose of this role is to provide project and functional leadership in support of my clients HR system.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Make use of expert knowledge in SAP HCM to leverage the Enterprise Architects to maximum business benefit.
Make use of research findings to provide recommendations around SAP HCM and how it can be used to benefit the business and its customers.
Draft and implement concise training materials and documentation on technical processes and functions for the SAP Analyst functions.
Mentor more junior members of the team in ERP Functionality.
Provide assistance to the ERP team in SAP configuration and interfaces to/from HCM.
To ensure applicable outsource partners are actively managed from a co-ordination and tracking perspective.
Qualifications/experience:
A tertiary qualification in IS with more than 7 years of hands on experience providing SAP HCM functional support, at least 4 of these in a senior position.
ITIL certified
Extensive proven hands on SAP HCM hands on implementation.
Solid experience resolving complex business and technical issues with strong customer focus.
Ability to translate and document business requirements into functional requirements, technical requirements and application design.
