Business Analyst
 
Candle is currently working alongside a market leader in the finance/superannuation industry, is now looking to add a business analyst with superannuation experience to their team. The successful candidate will become a part of the implementation team responsible for the day to day implementation of projects, through their extensive client base.
 
Our client offers a unique exposure to the industry and offers an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to grow in their field. A background in superannuation is required.
 
Requirements  

• Produce requirements using, documents analysis, requirements workshop, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task & work flow analysis.
• Successfully engage in simultaneous engagements successfully
• Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
• Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
• 2-3 years experience in a superannuation environment is desirable
