Candle (part of the Clarius Group) are looking to source two high-end, permanent Technical Solutions Architects for this worldwide leader in networking.
Working in the Data Center team, you will play a key role in the end to end end development of products and services for the organisation's external enterprise customers.
The first position will suit candidates with strong infrastructure and platform skills. Working in a friendly and professional team, you will be responsible for Technical Architecture and Design in the pre and/or post sales cycle.
You will be required to understand the customer's business domains to provide innovative, robust solutions. To achieve your goals, you will be responsible for developing detailed infrastructure designs of hardware and software delivering optimum solutions that deliver system performance, scalability and efficient cross system interdependencies.
Technical knowledge of ANY of the following platforms would be advantageous: BPM, ECM, SOA, CCF. Knowledge of object oriented and packaged applications such as .NET, Java, J2ee would be highly desirable.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE IN AS MANY OF THE FOLLOWING would help your application: broad ERP and CRM knowledge, SAP, ORACLE, RAC, MS Exchange / Sharepoint, VMWare, EMC.

The second position majors on the Virtual Desktop Solutions side. Broadly speaking, the duties and responsibilities are as above ultimately delivering quality enterprise solutions.
Technically, you will have extensive and proven knowledge in ONE OR MORE major desktop virtualization platforms including VMWare, vSphere, View, XenServer and XenDesktop, MS Hyper-V, Parallels Virtuozo and Quest vWorkspace.
Our client would be particularly keen to hear from experts in the CITRIX and VMWARE arenas. Additional expertise in MicroSoft and EMC would be very highly regarded.
