Key responsibilities
- 2nd & 3rd level technical support of the Epicor ERP Applications (E4SE and Financials)
- Development and customisation of the Epicor ERP Applications (E4SE and Financials)
- Design and development of reporting using application, database and business intelligence reporting tools
- Design and development of system integration interfaces
- Ensuring that system technical documentation is complete, accurate and up to date
- Ensuring that source code is secure, complete and correctly stored within the source control system
- Ensuring that system test teams and end users are supplied with accurate timely information of changes
Key requirements:
- Experience with support and customisation of a .Net web-based application with a Microsoft SQL Database
- Experience within a professional services environment would be advantageous
- Exposure to financial and project accounting systems such as Epicor; Deltek; Great Plains; JD Edwards etc
- Prior experience specifically with Epicor ERP products
- Experience working on ERP or other large application implementation projects
