This company pride themselves on their unwavering loyalty to its staff, suppliers and clients. This is a busy fast paced and challenging role with significant autonomy. The core of the responsibility is supporting all mangers across the business. Reporting to the National HR Manager, this challenging role will encompass all aspects of the HR function . You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, OH&S, inductions, Industrial relations and have involvement in succession planning and input into the strategic direction of the organisation To be successful in this role you will need to have 3yrs in a HR role having knowledge of HR practices and have practical experience of how the function relates to the business.
