The core of the responsibility is supporting all mangers across the business. Reporting to the National HR Manager, this challenging role will encompass all aspects of the HR function . You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, OH&S, inductions, Industrial relations and have involvement in succession planning and input into the strategic direction of the organisation To be successful in this role you will need to have 3yrs in a HR role having knowledge of HR practices and have practical experience of how the function relates to the business.
