This Venue Liaison opportunity requires constant communication with venue managers and is especially important in the installation and compliance of new systems. you'll need a sharp eye for detail, a technical mind and the ability to proactively identify issues and report back to management.

You will be out in the field 80% of the time, visiting venues all over Victoria and liaising with their personnel to assist in the management and support of poker machines - so a down to earth nature and great customer service skills are essential.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the operational aspects of gaming venues
  • Strong experience with poker machines from Aristocrat, Konami, IGT, Shufflemaster etc in pub and club environments
  • First class communication and customer service skills
  • Good administration and report writing skills
  • Relevant qualification
This role will require some travel around Victoria with overnight stays required from time to time. A company car will be provided for this purpose.
