Our client is a publicly listed global organisation that is a leader in the gambling industry. It's strong passion and commitment to designing and developing innovative solutions are a reflection on the calibre of it's dedicated staff around the world.This Venue Liaison opportunity requires constant communication with venue managers and is especially important in the installation and compliance of new systems. you'll need a sharp eye for detail, a technical mind and the ability to proactively identify issues and report back to management. You will be out in the field 80% of the time, visiting venues all over Victoria and liaising with their personnel to assist in the management and support of poker machines - so a down to earth nature and great customer service skills are essential. Requirements: - Strong understanding of the operational aspects of gaming venues
- Strong experience with poker machines from Aristocrat, Konami, IGT, Shufflemaster etc in pub and club environments
- First class communication and customer service skills
- Good administration and report writing skills
- Relevant qualification
This role will require some travel around Victoria with overnight stays required from time to time. A company car will be provided for this purpose.
