ROLE

This group is currently seeking a strong, hands-on Operations Manager that is passionate, dedicated and a determined to reach and exceed all goals. You will be reporting the venue General Manager of whom you will work very closely with to manage every profit centre to its maximum capability. One of your key responsibilities will be to consistently fine tune your team by recruiting, training, maintaining low turnover and high moral of your staff.

REQUIRMENTS

To be considered for this role you must have proven experience:

• in asenior management position for a minimum of 3 years
• managinglarge teams with true leadership qualities
• running multi faceted/offering venues
• marketing, promotions and live entertainment
• thinking 'outside the box' toimplement 'best practice' in all areas
