Having worked in a role with multiple staff across remote sites for at least 5 years, you will have the skill and experience to continue to motivate and lead the team. With a clinical background in New Zealand along with a business or health management qualification your knowledge of the industry will be well established to enable you to navigate the sector and communicate with ease across a diverse range of clients and stakeholders. As a highly motivated individual your commitment and passion will enable you to work to tight deadlines with energy and enthusiasm while remaining consumer focussed with long term goals and strategies in mind.
