Forming part of the Senior Management Team, your role as  Deputy Director of Nursing (DDON) is to ensure the best level of care is delivered to residents, clear communication with families and staff, whilst laying solid foundations for growth of the organisation. 
  
Working closely with the Facility Manager, you will play an integral part in the development and implementation of procedures that will ensure all clinical and care requirements are met.  
  
As the desired candidate, you will possess the following:
• Experience in managing and motivating a multi-disciplinary team 
• Advanced Clinical Skills 
• Knowledge of ACFI and Aged Care Accreditation Standards 
• Strong focus on Customer Service 
• Knowledge of policy development and implementation 
• Current Nurse Registration and Police Check 
• The right to live and work in Australia
