The Aged Care Provider
This exceptional, progressive aged care provider is seeking to appoint a registered nurse; a natural leader with strong clinical management skills, who will oversee all care aspects within the facility.
As an Aged Care Clinical Nurse Manager - you will be expected to: - Ensure CPPD & Educate Your Team Members
- Utilise Effective Interpersonal Skills
- Maintain Clinical Governance and Excellence In Care
- Monitor Compliance, Quality Systems and Maintain Aged Care Standards
Quality and continuous improvement is essential! Your clinical management will be evident through your ability to motivate/direct others, implement change and to lead by example. You Must Have
- AHPRA - Nurse registration essential
- National Police Clearance
- Ability to manage clinical aspects and meet key performance indicators
- Understanding operational requirements within an Aged Care facility
- ACFI experience & a sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
