Our client is a wholly owned subsidiary of global company manufacturing a varied range of combustion energy systems or industrial burners in simple language. They have had a presence in Australia for over 30 years now and have a good established client base which needs regular servicing.

 

They are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer for their Melbourne office. Role profile includes providing quotations, checking requirements and offering technical advice to clients. Ensuring that orders are completed effectively and the products are commissioned and operated as required. Doing some direct selling to new & existing clients is involved. As the Technical Sales Manager you would also be helping service personnel with trouble shooting, commissioning and installations work. Work will be divided between the office and client sites.

 

Only candidates who have previous background and knowledge of combustion systems at an advanced technical level would be considered. Electrical background preferred. The role offers a competitive remuneration package supported by a company car, mobile phone and laptop. As heavy client interaction is an integral part of the role, good communication skills are required. PPE has to be used for work at all times.
