As part of continued business growth, our client has engaged us to assist them in the search for a talented Program Manager.  The role has become available because they are implementing a new reconciliations platform and various other small development projects. 

As part of the role you will work at a senior level with the business and manage the delivery of the programme.  The biggest focus on this role is the people management and performance management aspect.  You should be able to lead large teams and influence/mentor teams to keep timelines and deadlines. 

To be successful in your new role you will need:

• Current experience in establishing and managing Application Development Programmes of work
• Previous experience as a Java Developer/Analyst Programmer
• Experience working in the Financial Services experience is not required but would be viewed

Most importantly you should be able to communicate professionally, deal with high level stakeholders with confidence and have the ability to influence and negotiate.
