This position represents a prime opportunity to join a small but well established and growing Electrical Contracting organisation in a senior role. This privately owned company is involved in contracting to the commercial construction, public works and industrial sectors, they are currently building switchboards in joint venture work with a control systems integrator. Substantial growth is anticipated over the next 12 months and the right person is needed to facilitate and manage this.

This is a multi-faceted role including Operations Management, Project Coordination and Estimating utilizing the companies specialized management and contracting systems and tools. Based at Balmoral and reporting to the Managing Director you will have the Electrical Manager & Data Manager reporting directly to you. Your day to day duties will include:

• Managing and estimation of commercial, industrial & government projects
• Client liaison and management
• Staff management, mentoring, training and coordination of electrical teams
• Safety management
• Overall Project Co-Ordination and Management

You will need to have relevant Electrical trade qualifications combined with experience in Estimating and Project/Operational Management. Personally you will need to be positive, conscientious and organized with good computer, organizational and communication skills.
