Minimum Requirements
- B.S. degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of technical experience in maintenance and reliability engineering
Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate corporate maintenance initiatives.
- Carry out continuous process enhancement in Testing & Inspection (T&I) and conduct T&I bench mark studies.
- Facilitate development and procurement of the comprehensive contracts.
- Liaise between field organizations and support organizations.
- Study field reliability issues and provide consultation, disseminate reliability culture, and deploy and monitor reliability programs.
- Capable of leading Preventive Maintenance Programs optimization.
- Proponent of SAP Plant Maintenance Module (SAP PM).
- Capable of using SAP PM System and generating required reports and performing in depth data analysis.
- Explore, evaluate, and disseminate new and emerging maintenance technologies.
- Collaborate with R&D and local academia to develop technology solutions.
- Develop and recommend policies and standards related to Maintenance.
- Research and deploy innovative Maintenance tools.
- Develop and implement new improvement opportunities.
- Capturing and disseminating worldwide best practices pertinent to maintenance.
- Review and update maintenance training programs.
- Develop and monitor maintenance personnel (Saudi Aramco/Contractors) certification programs.
- Coordinate international certification.
- Review and enhance maintenance HR development programs.
