My client has won a number of major sub contracting work on NSW largest projects and have an immediate requirement for a number of Signalling Maintenance Technicians. There is also an option to be based full time in NSW or the option of a FIFO basis from the east coast.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform reactive and preventative maintenance of signalling equipment and systems.
• Fault finding, repair and test signalling components and equipment.
• Test and investigate signalling equipment and systems for compliance with specifications.
• Investigate and report any incidents associated with the performance of signalling equipment and systems.
• Construction and installation of signalling and communications equipment.

 QUALFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Trades qualified as Signalling Technician or relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years experience in Railway Signalling System Maintenance and Fault Finding.
• Cert IV / Diploma in Rail Signalling and Electronics is desirable.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
