Kinetic Defence is the leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Defence and Aerospace industries. Our client is currently looking for an experienced Communications Systems Technician to join their dynamic team.

This position will see the successful applicant reporting to the relevant Project Manager and Lead Communications Technician. The role will offer you the opportunity to be involved in major Defence projects and work with exciting technology.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing Defence Communications domain expertise.
• Supporting the engineering and marketing departments in the development of communication soloutions and new products.
• Working with the communications systems integration and test team.
• Meeting customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5 years plus recent experience in Defence Communications Systems.
• Dipolma/ Trade qualifications in Electronics/ Communications.
• Defence experience and industry knowledge desireable (Preferably Naval).
• Good working knowledge of data communications networks, and electronic test equipment.
