Are you mechanically minded with strong 3D drafting skills and are you comfortable in a workshop?
This role is not for your typical data entry type drafter but for someone who knows how machines operate and who can look at a design and find faults and issues.
This team is small and the role is diverse -you will work closely with your team and with the Engineers and Project Managers to develop tailor made products for clients.
Software you are skilled with must include 3D. Ideally you will have worked with Microstation or Plantspace, however PDMS, Solidworks or Inventor will suffice when combined with a strong Oil and Gas background and a desire to learn new software skills.
You do not need to hold a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering but further studies or a Diploma of Engineering will be of benefit. You are the type of person who always seeks to learn more and pursue new ideas.
The role is Perth CBD based and local candidates will have an advantage.
Start date is as soon as possible.
