This market leader in civil engineering and infrastructure construction has an immediate requirement for a Contracts Administrator / Document Controller to work on a large national concrete and quarry development.
Based out there offices in Chatswood, NSW you will report to the project Director helping with the administrative aspects of this landmark development. On a day-to-day basis, you will perform the following duties;
  • Administrative tasks to enable a document management process
  • Formatting documents to a standard template
  • Working through Microsoft Excel
  • General administrative support
  • Contracts Administration
  • Delivery of project and programming support.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have
  • Previous experience working as a Document Controller an or a Contracts Administrator
  • A knowledge and understanding of civil engineering and infrastructure projects
  • Engineering/Construction firm
  • A very high attention to detail
  • Strong computer and systems skills
