Reporting to the Managing Director of the Melbourne office, you will be responsible for establishing the business, managing staff workloads, building the company culture, and growing and supporting your team. Your connections to clients and great reputation in Melbourne will be essential to your business development activities. You'll need to know the Melbourne market very well - and have extensive experience with water and service authorities, roads authorities, councils, builders and architects. 

As the leader of the land development division, you'll need to have experience in design as well as project managing projects involving roads, drainage, sewers, subdivisions and water. You will have extensive experience leading project teams, running a portfolio of projects autonomously, mentoring junior staff and liaising directly with clients. You will be actively involved in business development and will need good Melbourne networks and contacts.
