As a 12D Civil Designer, you will be involved in the detailed design and documentation of land development projects, and related residential and capital projects. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager who will provide you with support and autonomy. The responsibilities of the role include:

• Stakeholder liaison;
• Preparing tender, contractor and client documentation;
• Design of roads, drainage, sewers and water;
• Co-ordinating and managing project related issues; and
• Monitoring project budgets and providing regular updates.

The key requirements of the role are:

• Civil Engineering qualifications;
• Demonstrated ability as a land development designer;
• Design expertise in subdivisions, roads, drainage, water and sewers;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Extensive knowledge of engineering design processes; and
• Intimate knowledge of 12D and AutoCAD.

In this role you will work on a broad range of projects including residential & industrial development infrastructure, stormwater management, roads, highways, WSUD, sewers, earthworks, pavements and carparks.
