Your Key Responsibilities:

• Be the business co-ordinator for the Supervisor and facilitate meetings.

• Single Point of Contact for department supervisors to ensure effective communication with the engineering resource in the Markets and the Global Team.

• Monitor and report status of delivery of Body Exterior and Raw Materials regional TVM cost reduction activities to achieve cost reduction targets.

• Provide health charts and reports to monitor timing, financial and technical status of all regional design related TVM projects.

• Facilitate idea generation processes and events with backbone and in-market activities.

Ideally, Your Background will:

• Bachelor of Engineering Degree (or equivalent).

• Experience in the decision making process for business decisions

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels

• Sound business acumen skills demonstrated in effective design decisions

• Knowledge of Engineering change processes, including PD (design, validation, specification), Purchasing & Materials Planning.
