Leading company based in Minto is currently seeking a Customer Service Team Leader with electrical and mechanical knowledge to lead their small team.

With two direct reports you will be responsible for technical customer enquires, creating client reports, maintaining parts and service statistics, reporting to management along with the day to day running of the department.

To succeed in this role you will have experience in a customer service environment, have extensive electrical and mechanical knowledge and have a flexible attitude.
