A senior team leader position is now available in a large, well established outbound call centre for a large publicly-owned financial services company. To be considered for this role it is crucial that you have proven sales management experience and are confident managing a busy team. You will be required to develop coaching plans for staff, take part in business projects, recruit staff and quickly develop an overall understanding of the business. Time management and prioritising skills are a must and your vibrant, encouraging personality along with your ability to establish relationships with ease will help you immensely. Other key criteria for this role include: - Available to work 12.30pm-8.30pm Monday to Friday
