The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years customer service experience within a financial sector call centre environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a positive can do attitude. This is a perfect role for someone who wishes to enjoy the flexibility of contracting whilst avoiding the commute to the city!! Candidates who can commit to working 24hr rotating shifts should only apply.
