In this role, you will supply your clients and their technicians with procedural and technical support to their broadband and telephony services. Day to day you deal with ongoing, regular clients and Optus key customers. You will have the opportunity to combine your problem solving, initiative and interpersonal skills with your desire to work as part of a team and also autonomously.
