This will be a phone based role requiring successful applicants to take calls from customers regarding order status, inputting orders, processing internal product enquiries, tracking deliver times and resolving any potential delivery problems. This role will be suitable to a proactive person who has a positive attitude, a high level of accuracy and an ability to think outside the box when liaising with customers ensuring the order process runs smoothly.
To be successful in this role applicants are required to have a proven customer service background with demonstrated data entry and phone experience. A friendly and customer focused approach is essential to effectively communicate over the phone and correspond via email. Intermediate computing skills will be highly regarded although full training will be given on an in-house system and product knowledge.
