A highly reputable multi-disciplinary, land development consultancy based in Melbourne are actively searching for a Principal Town Planner / TIC Manager who has a strong sense of client service and a healthy history working in a consultancy environment.
 
Our client is determined to recruit an experienced Urban Planner with project management experience and a high level of integrity, honesty and passion to succeed. Whether your background is within the public and/or private sector, Aspect would like to hear from Senior Urban Planners that are looking for a new and exciting opportunity.
 
In this role you will be engaged in planning approval process management, small to large scale planning scheme amendments, strategic planning, feasibility studies, representing at VCAT etc. Most importantly you will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that will put you equally at ease in the corporate environment, dealing with its established client base and future successes, in advocacy situations etc. 

As the ideal candidate you will be tertiary qualified in Town or Urban Planning or other relevant discipline. You will have established a positive reputation in the local planning community and you are ready to take further responsibility in your career.
