Due to several critical project/programs that will be kicking off, they are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Business Analyst experienced in Business Process Reengineering and/or major process and and systems implementation.

Reporting to the ERDM Program Manager as the Senior Business Analyst your key responsibility will be to provide a wide range of e-record keeping business analysis services to facilitate the initiation and implementation of the ERDM programs with the vision of developing a rigourous and compliant electronic record keeping environment. You will be required to undertake business analysis, research, modelling, forecasting, diagnosis of business issues, analyse of complex business issues, defining concepts, develop business value propositions as well as supporting the business in clarifying, assessing, documenting and confirming new concepts, ideas and process improvement opportunities that align with the program strategies.

The ideal candidate will have advanced analytical thinking and problem solving skills capabilities as well as extensive professional experience and/or qualifications in program and project business analyses. Oral and written communication skills is of paramount importance. A history of influencing, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution and consultation skills and the ability to work in partnership with senior executives and manage internal and external stakeholders.
