We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Coordinator to join our busy client in the mining industry. Located South of the River in Kewdale, this role is assisting the Finance Manager and Operations Manager to coordinate and effectively manage industrial projects.
Your duties will include the following:
- Establish accurate costing for quotes and develop and maintain estimates in electronic form.
- Read and inter prate industrial drawings
- Develop and Maintain accurate and detailed costings for Company products and services
- Provide the Finance Manager with accurate financial reports
- Reporting of concerns or issues to the Operations Manager
- Manage contracts to ensure that client requirements are delivered in regards to design, sales and customers.
- Purchasing components as required to ensure timely manufacture, assembly and dispatch of company products and services.
- Monitoring of performance
- Apply quality, safety and environmental principles
- Assisting the Operations manager where required
To be considered for this role you should posess the following;
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Lateral thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent Computer skills
- Strong numeracy and literacy
- Excellent customer service skills
