Our client is a well-established company within the construction industry and requires Estimators with at least 5 years experience within the commercial construction industry.
Applicant must have strong communication skills both written and verbal together with a high level of negotiation and analytical skills. Proven ability to multi task and work under pressure, together with the capacity the Capacity to plan and prioritise workloads. We are looking for a deedicated person with the diverse to solid work history.


The ability to work without Management direction, use initiative and possess and positive attitude towards your team is critical.

Duties Include:

• Negotiation with suppliers
• Cost Estimates for relevant projects
• Review and assess tenders ensuring all tender documents are received and are correct
• Delegation of activities to the Quantity Surveyors
• Coach/mentor in assisting direct reports to develop people management
• Ensure that instructions/procedures are prepared.
