A unique opportunity within this growing company is available in a close team in the Crows Nest area. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are searching for a a dynamic customer service focused individual to join the Recoveries team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:-
• Recovering monies from liable parties
• Receipting cheques from claims payments
• Liaising with Insurers and third parties regarding claims recoveries
• Administration duties


To be successful in this role you will ideally possess:-
• Demonstrated previous insurance or debt recoveries experience
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
• Well developed communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
