Rare opportunity has become available for a professional inbound customer service representative to work in team of 8 reps. You will be ready to commence immediately. This position is a temp to perm opportunity for the right person.

Our client is one of Australia's leading advanced resource recovery, recycling and waste management companies. This organisation works with councils, businesses and builders in achieving their goals for minimising waste being disposed of to landfill while reducing their greenhouse gas footprint. 

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience in an in-bound sales environment
  • Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment, with strong organisation and problem solving skills
  • Sound computer skills - MS Office and familiarisation with various applications would be advantageous
  • Ability to multitask seamlessly i.e. entering data whilst servicing the customer over the phone without interruption
  • A positive, professional and flexible attitude

Your duties will include:

  • Managing a wide range of customer enquiries including service requests, quotations, credit and billing enquiries, information on services, facilities, policies and procedures
  • Provision of professional sales administration support to the sales team, including preparation of reports, sales quotes, phone statistics, service agreement data and submissions
  • Full sales management of smaller accounts and/or ad hoc requirements
  • Manage and maintain databases and filing systems
  • Liaison with Operations Administration departments on customer sales and issues
  • Processing of Territory Manager's paperwork including typing of quotes and entering service agreements to appropriate systems
  • Liaison with internal and external company departments regarding customer accounts, billing and other customer issues
