We are on the look out for a successful & experienced Call Centre Team Lead !!
 
This role is due to an expansion of an existing campaign. With a new team of inbound / outbound consultants ready to jump aboard, we need Your experience and ability to guide them.
 
Working for large telecommunications and marketing clients across the Asia Pacific Region, our organisation has received numerous awards for outstanding achievements and excellence in service.

The successful applicant MUST be an experienced Call Centre Team Lead; well developed people skills including demonstrated leadership, team management and development skills.
 
Reporting to the Call Centre Operations Manager, it is envisaged that the successful applicant will be experienced; managing KPI's, call centre metrics and also have a sound understanding of the fundamental drivers involved in motivating teams. You will also need a high level of computer literacy, strong reporting skills and high attention to detail to be successful in this role.
