Our client is seeking a Customer Service Officer who is available to work in their Wodonga office. Our client is a household name for most, the basis of their sound and respected reputation is a set of values enabling a happy and progressive work environment for employees.
As a Customer Service Officer you will deliver a range of administrative services in a high level customer service environment in accordance with standards set by the organisation. Your day to day tasks will revolve around general counter duties which include; - Processing of various vehicle Registration & Licensing transactions
- General Customer Inquiries
- Issuing and testing for learner driver permits
- Cashiering - cash handling
- Data entry - updating relevant customer transactions to the database
- Inspection of vehicles and vessels for compliance with current rules and regulations in order to permit the registration of the vehicle or vessel for use on Victorian roads
This role is to start ASAP and you must be available to work on-call casual work with no minimum days however you may be called in for varying hours, either 8.30 – 4.30 or 10.00 – 3.00pm. Must also be flexible in the event you are required to cover leave and work 5 days a week 6 hours per day. Onsite training provided. If you consider yourself to have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
