This industry leading National organisation is looking for an experienced Customer Service/Internal Sales Representative to assist them from being a motor and dives focused company to a provider of total industrial electrical solutions. Based in the outer south eastern suburbs in brand new premises and reporting directly to the State Manager, in this pivotal role you will be responsible for: - Answering incoming pricing and delivery queries
- Providing quotes to customers over the phone
- Coordinating and distributing picking slips to the warehouse staff.
As the ideal candidate, and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you will possess the following key attributes: - Previous customer service/internal/counter sales experience
- Ideally, but not essential, an appreciation or understanding of LV & HV drives, electric motors, switchgear, transformers, etc.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile
