A busy Government department, with a massive statewide property portfolio, require construction professionals to complete property condition assessment audits. The ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications (building surveying, construction etc) and sound experience in building inspections and condition surveys. A good working knowledge of the BCA, EPA and OHS is seen as a distinct advantage. The successful candidates will have: Relevant exposure to building audits and inspections, ideally in NSW 2 - 5 years + experience in the building industry Building related Degree/Diploma/Trade Quals Superior report writing skills High levels of communication Interpersonal skills to liaise with both client and customer Adequate IT skills These are well paying contract roles, $30-40/hr, running until at least December/January and probably beyond.
