  • Customer satisfaction and sales are is the top responsibilities of the parts counter salesperson. He/she provides merchandise, supplies or information for all customers, both external and internal, while aiding in the achievement of department and dealership goals and objectives.
  • They will need to handle telephone parts orders for wholesale and/or retail accounts and promote additional parts sales by suggesting related items, seasonal lines, and/or parts specialists.
  • They will prepare and cost parts invoices, properly identifying eligible wholesale customers.
