- The mechanical services plumbers are responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of building mechanical services plant and equipment including all internal/external reticulated pipe work.
- Maintain, install and operate heating hot water and associated pumping systems, potable water and associated pumping systems, fire services water and associated pumping systems, air handling plant, including ventilation and exhaust systems.
- Monitor sewerage treatment plant and associated pumping equipment
- Prepare monthly reports.
