A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a very well established business to be the go-to person for all things social media. The Community Manager is responsible for delivering social media engagement strategy in ANZ and the Asia Region. The Community Manager takes the lead on driving engagement across the social media landscape, managing brand sentiment, driving meaningful relationships with customers and stimulating relevant debate and interaction within the community. What you'll be doing: - Actively manage relevant online communities
- Pro-actively engage community members
- Develop and manage social media strategy
- Monitor, review and optimise strategies
- Implement social marketing campaigns
- Be an advocate both internally and externally to the business' approach to social engagement and best practices
What you'll need to get the job: - 1-3 + years experience in the social media space
- Experience/ understanding of managing online communities
- Experience with social media monitoring tools such as Radian6
- Proven experience with blogs
- Knowledge and experience of all the different social media platforms
- A background in journalism will be held in high regard as will the proven ability to write content for social media platforms
