- Manage & develop client accounts through client contact, with a view to maximizing client satisfaction and spend potential.
- ensure that client expectations are adequately set and met and revenue targets are achieved.
- Create, manage and execute client account plans that forecast and generate revenue opportunities amongst assigned clients.
- Define and implement a strategy to ensure account management in line with business and commercial objectives.
- Provide a continued sales and marketing effort to existing accounts identifying up-sell opportunities.
- Stay abreast of competitive offerings as well as industry trends and all applicable technologies, including developments in Online Marketing, E-Commerce and Online consumer behaviour.
- Collate and distribute publisher information and advertising leads.
- Participate in corporate change control procedures and methodology.
