Our client based in Mulgrave are looking for a Spare Parts Administrator to join their team for a temporary - ongoing role. Based in the process and packaging industry, your role will involve providing customer service within the External Sales Parts Team which operate throughout Oceania. In this role you will be required to: - Handle Customer phone inquiries on price and availability of products
- Provide feedback to customers e.g : quotes
- Enter customer orders into software programs
- Enter Fax Purchase orders
- Enter Service Orders
- Enter Orders for After Sales Jobs and Plant Care
- Print and close off Customer Invoices
- Process Customer Credits and return parts to supplier
- Update new part numbers
You will have experience: - Working in a similar position
- Relationship building and Sales
- Highly Motivated and results driven
- Experience in SAP
