Melbourne’s branch of the world's leading supplier of wind power solutions seeks a friendly, motivated and professional Receptionist to join their team. Based on a busy reception desk with daily tasks incorporating administrative support, this role will keep you challenged.

Your friendly professional approach, initiative, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks will help you succeed with your duties incorporating (but not limited to):

• Answering all incoming calls, fielding questions and delivering messages;
• Meeting and greeting visitors;
• Coordinating mail and couriers;
• Managing stationary and kitchen supplies;
• Providing administration support to office staff as required;
• Assisting with the organisation, coordination and catering for conferences, corporate meetings and events;
• Organising and coordinating building maintenance;
• Processing invoices and expenses;
• Maintaining the intranet page.

To be considered for the role, you will demonstrate a friendly, professional, motivated and ambitious nature, a high level of written and verbal communication skills and an intermediate level of Microsoft Office aptitude, the ability to think strategically and a strong team work ethic. You will also be required to demonstrate previous reception and / or administration experience in your CV. Previous SAP experience although not essential, would be an advantage. This role is an on going temporary position however the opportunity to be made permanent many arise in the future for the right candidate. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible in the role to complete a handover.
