Crown Promenade provides an extensive range of services to ensure clients business needs run smoothly when away from the office. Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a highly organised and customer service focused Business Centre Administration Coordinator on a full-time basis.
 
What you need:
  • Previous experience in an administration role is essential
  • Hotel operational experience is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are essential
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
  • Confidence to work with Senior Management
  • A genuine desire to assist our guests and visitors
  • Problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills are essential
