This fast-paced role will have constantly changing priorities and deadlines, along with a variety of tasks - every day will be different!

Provide exceptional PA support to the Head Office in Sydney, including the Executive Team & CEO.

Major Responsibilities Include;

  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements; manage changes as required in a timely manner
  • Expense management
  • Action email and telephone enquires
  • Deal with various confidential materials e.g. the preparation and coordination of Board correspondence and reports
  • Proof read internal and external announcements
  • Gather background documentation and information and obtain appropriate authorisations of contracts and management thereof
  • Manage the office environment, ensuring appropriate fit-out and maintenance
  • Assist wider team with administrative tasks
  • Drive and identify administration process change requirements and implement system improvements
  • Maintain and update the central filing system
  • Provide support for the marketing function

The role will suit a flexible, incredibly organised and professional individual with a "can-do" attitude and outstanding verbal & written communication skills.

The ability to prioritise a high volume of multiple assignments, whilst having an energetic and organised demeanour, is essential as is previous administration experience and advance Microsoft Office skills. A keen eye for detail and excellent time management is a must.
