We are seeking dynamic individuals who can manage relationships with stakeholders, organise travel and schedules, compose correspondence, have effective oral and written communication skills and good interpersonal and teamwork skillsand offer administrative support to executive staff and members of the team.
Provide high level administrative support to the National Manager/General Manager as follows:

arrange appointments, travel and meetings

maintain relationships with internal and external staff and stakeholders

manage, record and coordinate the general flow of correspondence
